Moreni Power Harrows GEAR SYSTEM


The connection between the single cast special crown with an elongated sleeve and the shortened central shaft (75 mm) allows for perfect power transmission between gear box and gear wheels.

Thanks to the GEAR SYSTEM and quality materials Moreni’s power harrows are able to work in all types of soil and in combination with high power.

Moreni Power Harrows DUAL SYSTEM


The DUAL SYSTEM is the perfect line up between the heavy one piece steel non-deformable bearing holder and the pair of minimum tolerance ball bearings.

This system ensures perfect rotor stability and an absolute protection from dust and crop residues through two double labyrinth seals.

Moreni Power Harrows STONE SYSTEM


The lower section has been completely redesigned integrating a double labyrinth system into the tine holder with the one piece bearing holder.

The STONE SYSTEM means that the first labyrinth works within the second, cutting out any possibility of jamming due to stones, crop residues, or any other elements.

Moreni Power Harrows NEAR SYSTEM


The Moreni NEAR SYSTEM means the rear leveling bar is designed to work close to the rotors. This feature guarantees a better soil result.

The Moreni special bars use shock absorber to guarantee a steady flow of soil and to better withstand impacts.

Moreni Power Harrows THICK SYSTEM


The Moreni THICK SYSTEM on foldable power harrows means that rotors are designed with minimized interspace between the rotors - only 22.5 cm.

A higher number of rotors per meter improves soil breaking. Engine effort is maximized while fuel consumption is minimized.

Moreni Power Harrow TRIPLE YSTEM


Three Moreni Blades applied to each rotor have an unparalleled soil fragmenting function.

The SAMURAI BLADE SYSTEM combines special Blades with Lateral Fins with a particular Crusher Roller, the effect on residues of corn, soy, sunflower, rapeseed, grassland, and much more is truly amazing.

FAST BALANCE LINKAGE is designed through rolling holder and high resistance steel pin. Top-C centre of gravity is perfectly aligned to the heavy duty roller Ø 570.

The practice of using cover crop sowing (SOVESCIO) is increasing in vineyards, orchards, and open fields. Moreni combines its power harrows with a full range of seeders specifically designed for these techniques. Thanks to the Pressurized Seed Hopper, the seed mix is “suspended” and the incidence of the different specific weights is minimized.

At the same time, the Flexible Metering Roller has special rubber fins and can concurrently handle all types of seeds. The combination of these techniques guarantees a perfectly homogeneous output of very different size and weight seeds.
